You will also play a key role in identifying risks, managing audit findings, and supporting remediation efforts. This is a highly cross-functional and international role where your work directly contributes to governance, transparency, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • You support the execution and coordination of global HR Services audit and compliance programs, ensuring alignment across countries and functions.
  • You design, implement, and maintain internal controls for HR Services, ensuring consistency with global governance frameworks.
  • You review and assess local HR internal controls, determining gaps and alignment with global standards.
  • You oversee audit processes for HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and time & attendance security roles.
  • You coordinate audit findings resolution and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement corrective actions.
  • You manage HR risk reporting activities, including periodic assessments and global compliance reporting cycles.
  • You design and execute pre-audit readiness assessments and ensure ongoing preparedness across HR operations.
  • You contribute to the management of data security incidents by supporting communication and response planning.

Requirements:

  • You bring 5–6 years of experience in HR, compliance, or audit roles, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational environment.
  • You have strong HR domain knowledge combined with solid understanding of compliance, audit frameworks, and internal controls.
  • You have experience working in global or multi-country environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with HR systems such as Workday, payroll platforms, and time & attendance tools.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective control improvements.
  • You are highly collaborative, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • You communicate effectively in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple compliance priorities simultaneously.

Benefits:

  • 100% remote working model offering full flexibility.
  • Opportunity to work in a global organization with strong mission-driven values in healthcare.
  • Exposure to international HR, compliance, and audit frameworks across multiple countries.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within a large global corporation.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work culture with strong cross-functional interaction.
  • Meaningful role contributing to governance, compliance, and patient-focused healthcare operations.
