This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, enterprise transformation, and workforce strategy across a large, multi-market healthcare organization. The position is responsible for shaping and executing initiatives that strengthen clinician capacity, improve recruitment and retention, and ensure compliance with licensure and continuing education requirements. It combines deep analytical work with high-level stakeholder engagement, translating complex data into actionable insights that guide enterprise-wide decisions. Operating across multiple markets, the role acts as a key connector between strategy, operations, and clinical leadership. It requires strong communication and influence skills to align diverse teams around shared goals. This is a high-impact position contributing directly to the effectiveness, quality, and sustainability of clinical practice systems.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving clinician capacity, engagement, recruitment, retention, and compliance across multiple markets.
- Analyze and synthesize multiple data sources to generate insights that inform enterprise-level decisions and process improvements.
- Support the design and implementation of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities.
- Create high-quality presentations, reports, and communications to support leadership decision-making and market alignment.
- Facilitate market engagement through listening sessions, feedback collection, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.
- Develop agendas, meeting materials, and strategic content to support leadership forums and enterprise initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert contributing to functional strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare, clinical operations, strategy, consulting, or related technical fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in project leadership, program management, or people leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear narratives.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining strong execution discipline.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and senior leadership teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% or once per month as needed.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $138,900 to $191,000, depending on experience and location.
