Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Viking Masek Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production of high-quality stick packs for our nutraceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ST 600 and ST 800 stick pack machines, ensuring optimal performance and production efficiency.
• Set up machines for different production runs, including adjusting settings for powder and liquid fillers.
• Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating Viking Masek stick pack machines (ST 600 and ST 800).
• Familiarity with powder and liquid filling processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
