Compensation Structure

This is a W2 hourly model that reflects the full scope of your work:

  • Client-facing hours (therapy sessions)
  • Administrative hours (documentation, treatment planning, care coordination, etc.)

This model ensures you’re compensated for the work that often goes unpaid in traditional private practice settings.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in consultations
  • Support a safe, ethical, and client-centered care environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Ability to work with at least one of the following: children, adolescents, couples, or families
  • Willingness to work at least one evening per week
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care values

Preferred (but not required):

  • Currently credentialed with insurance panels and/or Wisconsin Medicaid/Medicare
Schedule & Flexibility
  • Flexible scheduling within our operating hours:
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • You have autonomy in building a schedule that works for you and your clients
