What You’ll Do
Field Installation
Install silt fence, erosion control blankets, wattles, and sediment barriers
Support stormwater protection system installation
Follow direction from the Superintendent and crew leads
Jobsite Support
Prepare job sites for daily work
Stage materials and tools
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Assist with project wrap-up and cleanup
Tools & Equipment
Use hand tools and small equipment safely
Load/unload materials and supplies
Maintain and care for tools and equipment
Safety Comes First (Non-Negotiable)
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Wear required PPE at all times
Participate in daily safety meetings
Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work on a team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
Preferred (Not Required)
Construction, landscaping, or erosion control experience
OSHA 10 certification
Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $20/hour based on experience
