- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to align infrastructure architecture with product roadmaps and business requirements.
- Champion security, compliance, and operational excellence across all infrastructure systems and practices.
- Lead on-call operations and support production environments, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents and continuous service improvement.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing remote and distributed teams.

- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS), with additional exposure to GCP and Azure considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
- Experience implementing observability solutions such as Prometheus, ELK, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production systems with strong focus on reliability, security, and incident management.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in media, streaming, or broadcast environments is a plus.
