This role is a senior solution-design leadership position focused on shaping high-impact data center outsourcing proposals that directly influence commercial success and client outcomes. You will act as the strategic architect behind complex bids, translating client needs into integrated, competitive, and financially sound solutions. Working across sales, operations, finance, and technical subject matter experts, you will design end-to-end delivery models that balance innovation, profitability, and risk. The position requires deep data center expertise combined with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate in high-stakes, competitive deal environments. You will play a critical role in improving win rates and ensuring operational feasibility of proposed solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role where strategic thinking and execution discipline directly shape enterprise growth outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of data center outsourcing solutions, ensuring proposals are commercially strong, operationally viable, and aligned with client requirements. You will act as the central coordinator across sales, operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver winning deal strategies.
- Lead the design and development of integrated data center outsourcing solutions, including organizational models, service delivery frameworks, and value propositions.
- Manage end-to-end RFP response processes, including solution design, pricing models, cost structures, and proposal documentation.
- Develop financial models, profitability analyses, and benchmarking tools to support competitive and sustainable deal structures.
- Partner with sales teams to shape client discovery, site visits, and needs analysis to inform tailored solution development.
- Collaborate with pricing, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment of contracts, exhibits, and commercial terms.
- Identify and mitigate delivery, financial, and operational risks throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Serve as a liaison between regional teams and service line leaders to ensure consistency and best practice application across deals.
This role requires strong operational experience in data center environments combined with advanced solution design, financial, and stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex client requirements into executable, profitable solutions in a highly competitive market.
- Proven experience in data center operations or integrated facilities management (mandatory).
- Background in solution design, commercial strategy, or outsourcing deal structuring.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience building pricing models, cost analyses, and profitability assessments.
- Experience managing complex RFPs and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and adapt messaging to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking, forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
