Job Description:

As a Plumbing Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential settings, helping with installations, repairs, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the trade from the ground up while supporting the team in delivering high-quality work and great customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Help with equipment upgrades and job site preparation
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
• Support a positive customer experience while on-site

Qualifications:

• Some plumbing experience, trade school training, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
• Good communication and a professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
