This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping and scaling a modern organic social media and community ecosystem across multiple platforms. You will define how the brand shows up online, building a strategic yet highly hands-on function that blends content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaboration. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling, data-driven experimentation, and brand amplification, ensuring consistent presence and relevance across key channels. You will design scalable systems for content production and distribution while leveraging AI to increase efficiency without compromising authenticity. Working closely with executives, marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams, you will influence both external perception and internal advocacy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to shape how a mission-driven brand connects with its audiences.
- Own and evolve the organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit, defining the role of each platform within the broader content ecosystem.
- Build and manage a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaigns, business priorities, and brand voice.
- Create and adapt platform-native content while repurposing long-form assets into high-performing social formats in collaboration with design teams.
- Leverage AI tools to scale content production, ideation, repurposing, and performance insights while maintaining quality and authenticity.
- Develop and nurture meaningful engagement with practitioners, customers, influencers, and key audience segments across channels.
- Design and execute an always-on influencer and creator engagement strategy to support campaigns, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Partner with executives to shape and refine social thought leadership content and narratives.
- Drive employee advocacy and cross-functional amplification programs to expand reach and engagement.
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and insight generation to continuously optimize strategy and experimentation.
- 5+ years of experience in organic social media, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Proven experience owning or leading social media strategy as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of social media’s role in building awareness, trust, and demand, particularly across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and community platforms such as Reddit.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences.
- Experience contributing to or managing influencer and creator marketing initiatives.
- High proficiency with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and insights generation.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside executives and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards in content creation is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Hootsuite, Figma, HubSpot, GA4, or light video editing is a bonus.
