  • Implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans when necessary to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • Active Life & Health (L&H) or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage sales, preferably within middle market segments.
  • Prior leadership experience or “player-coach” background with proven ability to develop and manage producers.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial P&C and/or Employee Benefits products and consultative selling approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 25%–50%.
  • Preferred: experience in structured sales management environments and multi-product brokerage organizations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for variable compensation based on team and individual performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company participation.
