- 12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of management experience leading content strategy teams.
- Experience in designing agentic or conversational user experiences.

- Expertise in content design principles and customer-centered writing.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Strong skills in systems thinking across multi-channel user journeys.
