Residential Footing Foreman at Absolute Group – Slater, Iowa

We are looking for an experienced leader to join the Residential & Commercial Concrete Division at Absolute Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the concrete industry with a focus on residential and/or commercial foundations. Successful candidates will have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record. This position provides hands-on work in the construction, erection, and repair of concrete foundation walls. Daily responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, training and directing crew members, ensuring appropriate use of equipment, communicating progress on the project, maintaining the construction schedule, coordinating drop-off and pick-up of construction materials, and evaluating job plans. The ideal candidate must also be able to think and act as a leader and possess strong communication skills. Some concrete construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.

Job Requirements: A minimum of two years experience in the concrete industry with a focus on residential or commercial foundations. The candidate we need is an experienced individual that can lead field production efficiently while dealing in a professional manner with other trades, General Contractors and Owners.
