Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Duties:

• Work closely with QC’s external and internal operations teams on a variety of transportation projects
• Upload video data from QC’s traffic cameras
• Perform general equipment troubleshooting
• Proofread documents
• Serve various support functions to field technicians (e.g., conducting local community traffic surveys and parking lot studies).

Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Requirements:

• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Takes initiative and is quick to solve problems
• Doesn’t skip the details
• Can work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Can balance multiple tasks
• Microsoft Suite and computer software proficiency
• Can commit to a flexible schedule on these days: Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays (an occasional Monday)
• Looking for part-time hours only (e.g., 8-20 hours per week; averaging 14 hours per week)

Operations Administrative Assistant-Transportation - Benefits:
