ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Project Sales Coordinator plays an integral role on the rennie sales team. You will actively contribute to the sales process and elevate the purchaser journey by efficiently handling contracts, overseeing the daily operations of the presentation centre, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. This role serves as an exceptional stepping stone for individuals aspiring to embark on a rewarding career path in real estate and project pre-sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily functionalities of the presentation centre, including its opening and closing.
Register, orient, and assess potential purchasers, ensuring a seamless experience.
Perform administrative tasks, including contract management, data entry in Salesforce & Avesdo, updating conveyancing reports, and maintaining communication with registrants and Realtors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of events and campaigns.
Contracts Administration:
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of offers before their presentation.
Confirm the accuracy of purchaser information and compliance with FINTRAC.
Execute and send the daily or weekly traffic report
General Site Administration:
Prepare and maintain the site office, ensuring readiness for openings and launches.
Manage communications, including emails and phone calls, and provide accurate project information.
Maintain the integrity of data in Salesforce and oversee the functionality of on-site technology.
Presentation Centre Care:
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the centre and display homes, ensuring they meet the design standards.
Regularly check and manage the display features, including multimedia elements, to enhance visitor experience.
Undertake other various tasks as directed by leadership, contributing to the team’s overall success.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education and Experience
Minimum of 1 year's experience in real estate, brokerage, and pre-sale practice (preferred).
Experience in sales and project sales site environments (preferred).
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Administrative or contract-related experience is beneficial.
Exceptional client and customer service skills.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills; maintains professional demeanor.
Dedicated to upholding a standard of excellence and high-quality performance.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity for problem-solving and analysis.
Creativity, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with Salesforce and/or Avesdo (preferred).
WORKING CONDITIONS
This presentation center is open Wednesday to Sunday, so you must be available and willing to work weekends.
This position is located at the Arte Squamish presentation center: 38016 Third Ave, Squamish, BC.
The ability to travel to different presentation centers and project sites in Squamish, BC may be required
Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation (preferred)
Salary Information
The typical hourly pay for this specific position is starting from $25.00/hr. The hourly pay offered is based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors including education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and organizational needs.
