Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator/Site Development Estimator to support our growing Heavy Civil division in Southwest Florida. This role prepares accurate, competitive bids for civil construction and sitework projects.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for civil construction and site development projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs from civil drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Estimate and price labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and trucking
• Develop budgets and analyze production rates, construction methods, and project sequencing
• Review bid documents, plans, and specifications to identify scope gaps and risk
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid reviews, and project turnover to operations
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction

Project Experience May Include

• Mass grading and earthwork
• Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage)
• Roadway construction and site infrastructure
• Drainage systems and stormwater management
• Concrete flatwork, curb & gutter, retaining walls
• Commercial and residential site development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction or site development
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, and underground utility construction
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, blueprints, and bid documents
• Experience with estimating software (such as HCSS, Viewpoint, HeavyBid, Procore, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
