This role is a high-energy, outbound-focused sales position designed for a motivated professional eager to build pipeline and drive growth in a fast-scaling AI-driven environment. You will be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, playing a key role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales organization. The position is centered on proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling across target accounts. You will engage with senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations and help introduce innovative AI solutions that transform how businesses operate. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where persistence, creativity, and strong communication are essential. - Identify and prospect new enterprise leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to generate high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct account research to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts and campaign strategies.
- Support the development of scalable outbound processes to improve lead generation efficiency.
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in cold outreach, including phone, email, and social prospecting.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM management and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn complex products and articulate value clearly.
