Content Co-op

As the Content Marketing Team continues to scale the volume and strategic importance of our work, we’re looking for a Content Intern to support the systems, research, and execution that keep our content engine running smoothly.

This internship is designed for a student who wants hands-on experience in B2B content marketing, research-driven storytelling, and editorial operations. You’ll work closely with experienced writers and marketers, contributing to real projects that support Achievers’ thought leadership, blogs, reports, and enablement content.

This role can be scoped to 4- or 8-month terms, in alignment with Achievers’ coop and internship program.

How you'll shape Content Marketing at Achievers:
This role is anchored in a consistent set of core projects that build in ownership and complexity over time:

Content research and insights

  • Conduct weekly scans of external HR, workplace, and technology research.
  • Curate and share relevant articles, reports, and data to support ideation and writing.
  • Surface emerging trends, gaps, and highvalue sources across regions and topics.

External statistics library

  • Build and maintain a centralized library of thirdparty statistics.
  • Tag and organize sources by topic, region, and use case (blogs, reports, enablement).
  • Keep data current and easy for writers to reuse.

Writing and editorial support

  • Support blog and resource publishing, including formatting and light copy edits.
  • Assist with converting PDF content into HTML.
  • Help refresh and update existing content for accuracy and performance.
  • Contribute light copywriting where appropriate, with guidance from senior writers.

Content coordination and workflow support

  • Support intake, timelines, and coordination across content initiatives.
  • Help maintain clean, uptodate workflows and documentation.
  • Contribute to predictable, ontime content delivery.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint for the Marketing team.

Enablement and presentation support

  • Assist with preparing Achievers Workforce Institute and sales enablement slides.
  • Update templates and support content packaging for internal teams.

Performance tracking and reporting

  • Support basic content performance reporting and dashboard updates.
  • Help compile insights that inform future content decisions.

Process improvement

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and documentation gaps.
  • Propose and document improvements that help the team scale.
What you will learn & who you are:
  • How research-driven content is developed, published, and maintained at scale.
  • How editorial workflows support quality, velocity, and team sustainability.
  • How content supports go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership, and enablement across the business.
  • Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program.
  • Interested in content marketing, writing, communications, or journalism.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Organized, curious, and comfortable working with documentation and systems.
  • Able to work full time for the duration of the internship term.

To be considered for this Coop opportunity, you must submit:

  1. An updated resume, and
  2. A 2minute video (maximum) that highlights:
    • Who you are, give us a sense of your personality
    • What you have learned through your academic, work, or personal experiences
    • What you are hoping to learn or achieve during your Coop term at Achievers
    • Why you’re interested in joining Achievers

Video Guidelines:

  • The video does not need to be professionally produced — authenticity matters more than polish
  • You may upload a video file or share a link (e.g., unlisted YouTube or Vimeo) as part of your application
  • Please keep the video to 2 minutes or less
