Compensation & Benefits
- $19 – $21 per hour based on experience
- Paid the same hourly rate for billable and non-billable time

Scheduling Expectations
Our clinic operates Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Flex / As-Needed RBT
- Flex employees support our clinic as needed and must maintain reasonable availability within the clinic schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday–Friday) to assist with coverage, client scheduling needs, and program continuity.
What You’ll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement ABA programs designed by Behavior Analysts
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy with clients
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Support skill development through play-based and naturalistic learning
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical staff
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and team members

Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work within clinic scheduling expectations
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
