About This Position

At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our customer, we are seeking a mid-level Program Analysts, with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.

General Responsibilities:

Lead a team of technical and logistics analysts to support acquisition life cycle activities Lead and direct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment, to include ILS element planning to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standardsDetermine proper logistics support sequences and time phasing, and identify possible challenges and solutions arising from the area of operation and other factors (i.e., environmental, human systems integration)

Specific Requirements:

Conduct in-depth analysis of program requirements and documentation to identify, document, and resolve issues pertaining to the twelve (12) integrated product support elementsPerform the administrative and technical activities required to facilitate successful logistics-led events (i.e., Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA), Probability of Program Success Reviews, Supportability Reviews), to include event planning, scheduling, coordination, and preparation of logistics documentationActively monitor and track logistics taskers across the programs to support the completion of ILA Reports and formulation of responses to formal and informal inquiriesConduct the administrative and technical activities required to plan and manage the PMO Reset/Refit/ Reconstitution Integrated Product Team and sustainment process improvements, as well as develop Logistics Desktop Procedures, to include portfolio-wide guidance for planning and executing ILAsSchedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders

Education/Experience:

• BS/BA Degree with 10 years of related progressive professional work experience

*Years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree on a case-by-case basis.

• Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
