About This Position
Work the Boating Season — Stay Active and Get Paid Around the Water
Boater’s World Marine Centers is hiring Seasonal Boat Detailers to support our Bradenton team during peak boating season from May through August 2026.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on keeping boats, yachts, and marine vessels in showroom-ready condition as they move through sales, service, and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
Boat Cleaning & Detailing
- Pressure wash boats and marine equipment
- Detail interiors and exteriors to showroom standards
- Clean and protect upholstery, canvas, and interior surfaces
Buffing, Waxing & Finishing
- Buff and wax boats for shine and protection
- Polish metal, glass, and finishing surfaces
- Ensure every vessel is presentation-ready for delivery or display
Lot & Team Support
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness across the service lot
- Support the service team with additional tasks as needed
- Assist with preparing boats for customer delivery and showroom display
- Must be 17 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Physically capable of performing hands-on work throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn — no experience required
Schedule & Season
- Seasonal role: May through August
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sundays off + one weekday off
- Saturdays required
- Full-time hours during the season
- Overtime may be available based on workload
