About This Position
Summary of Position
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing Chronic Care Staffing’s (CCS) internal marketing strategy. This role focuses on driving lead generation, accelerating the sales pipeline, and maintaining brand integrity. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can bridge clinical excellence with revenue growth while delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to improve organic lead generation through website optimization and search rankings.
Manage outbound marketing campaigns including webinars, email campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Coordinate national and regional conferences to support prospecting and relationship development.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop blogs, white papers, and other content using internal outcome data.
Support sales enablement by updating and maintaining sales collateral including pitchbooks and pricing guides.
Assist in expansion into specialty markets by developing targeted messaging for different audiences.
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all marketing and public-facing materials.
Track marketing performance metrics and ROI in collaboration with Finance.
Implement and manage AI tools to support outreach, lead scoring, and campaign performance tracking.
Provide regular reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth and lead generation.
Experience in healthcare or virtual care preferred.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms preferred.
Must reside in the Charleston, SC area to support in-person collaboration.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Home Office Requirements
All employees must have a HIPAA-compliant workplace that is free of any distractions. The workplace must be in a room with a locked door to prevent accidental PHI disclosures. The home office must have high-speed internet and a CCS-approved computer.
