About This Position
Based out of our studio in Milford, CT, the Videographer at FCP Euro is responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video and photo content that drives our marketing initiatives and elevates our brand. As a key member of the Content and Production team, this role partners closely with producers, editors, on-screen talent, and creative stakeholders to bring compelling stories to life—content that educates, engages, and converts FCP Euro’s audience.
This full-time, on-site Videographer role requires the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic filming environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting, is confident behind the camera, thoughtful about how footage translates in post-production and has a genuine passion for automotive content and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities and Duties
High-Quality Video/Photo Capture & Production Execution- Execute high-quality video and photo shoots in both studio and on-location environments. Own camera operation, lighting, and audio setup to consistently deliver professional-grade results across both horizontal and vertical productions. Anticipate and adapt to real-time conditions, maintaining flexibility while preserving creative intent and production quality.
Post-Production, Handoff, Asset Management, Reviews & Editing Support-
Partner closely with producers and editors to ensure a seamless post-production process. Capture footage with editorial intent, maintaining strong shot composition, continuity, and coverage. Organize, log, and manage assets efficiently. Provide support on edits, color correction, and sound design as needed to maintain content quality and timelines.
Studio & Equipment Management & Set Readiness- Own the organization, maintenance, and readiness of all video and production equipment. Ensure every shoot is set up for success through proactive preparation, efficient setup/teardown, and reliable asset handling. Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and production efficiency.
Content Optimization & Platform Awareness- Stay current on content trends and platform best practices across YouTube, paid social, and automotive media. Shoot with distribution in mind—framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling tailored to platform requirements (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, hooks, engagement patterns). Bring a modern, audience-first mindset to every shoot.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video production, camera operation, and editing support—ideally within a content marketing or media-driven environment
- Strong technical proficiency with cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), lighting setups, and professional audio recording
- Working knowledge of post-production tools and workflows (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects is a plus)
- Ability to plan, execute, and adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving production environments
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
- Experience with or passion for automotive content is highly desirable

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $50,000 to $75,000 annually.
