Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome members and guests with genuine warmth, using their names whenever possible.
Manage seamless arrivals and departures, including check-ins, check-outs, and member account transactions.
Serve as the property concierge, providing information about amenities, dining, residences, and events.
Anticipate needs and coordinate requests with other departments.
Maintain up-to-date member profiles, including preferences and history.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with safety and emergency procedures.
Calm, polished, and professional appearance and demeanor.
Exceptional communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in reservation systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and administrative tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team spirit and commitment to exceptional service.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or concierge roles.
Valid authorization to work in the United States.
Guest-facing environment.
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Extended hours during high-occupancy periods and special events.
This position requires full availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods as needed by Moncayo operations.
