You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams while engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and workshops. This position combines subject matter expertise with client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and relationship-building. You will play a critical role in driving successful sales outcomes while ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer expectations.
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring solutions are effectively positioned and clearly understood by prospective clients
- Act as a subject matter expert in both validation processes and the software solution, articulating value through demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation, qualification, and deal progression
- Provide technical guidance to customers, helping them understand how solutions address their specific validation and compliance challenges
- Develop and maintain demo environments, trial systems, and supporting technical materials
- Support the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including professional services and engineering, to ensure successful customer engagements and solution delivery
- Facilitate workshops, pilots, and training sessions to showcase product capabilities and ensure customer success
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to implementation teams, maintaining continuity and clarity on technical scope
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- Background in validation, quality, or engineering within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries
- Experience as a Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar role, either in industry or within a software environment
- Strong understanding of validation processes and regulatory requirements in life sciences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Customer-facing experience with a consultative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience or interest in sales or pre-sales engineering is a plus
- Comfortable working with software tools and delivering both in-person and virtual demonstrations
