Overview
Lutron has an immediate opening for a Channel Sales Manager for our Singapore team - a newly created strategic role established to support Lutron’s rapid regional business expansion and grow our high-performing Channel Sales team in Southeast Asia region.
Join us to lead channel-driven revenue growth across Southeast Asia’s high-potential luxury residential, hospitality, and premium commercial segments.
You will build and empower a world-class dealer & integrator ecosystem, accelerate adoption of Lutron’s premium lighting control, automatic shades, and intelligent lighting solutions, and strengthen our premium brand leadership in this fast-growing market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-performance network of dealers, distributors, and system integrators across Southeast Asia
- Recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and support regional growth
- Drive regional revenue targets and increase multi-category sales of core solutions
- Deliver partner training, certification, and capability building for stronger sales execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
- Support partners to secure high-potential projects in specification and design stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective channel programs
- Monitor market trends and partner performance to drive continuous improvement
- Uphold pricing, brand, and channel standards with regular business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of channel sales / indirect sales experience
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through channel partners
- Experience driving product portfolio adoption and attach-rate growth
- Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and forecast management
- Proven partner engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and premium building solutions (preferred)
