Job Title: Human Resources Manager (6+ Week Assignment)
Location: Mira Vista Country Club, Southwest Fort Worth
Department: Administration
Reports To: Controller
Classification: Exempt (Temporary)
Onsite, 40 Hours / Week
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding (majority of role)
· Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
· Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
· Support high-volume and seasonal hiring needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
· Serve as a primary contact for employee questions and concerns
· Assist with conflict resolution and communication between staff and leadership
· Support employee engagement initiatives, communications, and events
· Gather employee feedback
Performance Management
· Support performance review processes and evaluations as needed
· Provide guidance to managers on performance and development
Compliance & HR Administration
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, ACA requirements, and company policies
· Maintain HR records and assist with policy updates
· Manage HR systems and reporting
Safety & Workers’ Compensation
· Oversee workers’ compensation claims and safety documentation
· Coordinate safety communications
Compensation & Benefits
· Support compensation analysis
· Assist with benefits administration
Additional Duties
· Support system implementations and HR projects
· Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:Qualifications
· 5+ years of HR management or generalist experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
· Experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity highly preferred
· Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.) preferred
· Professional References
Applicant must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen if an offer of employment is made.
Assignment Details
· Duration: 6+ weeks (temporary coverage)
· Schedule: Full-time preferred; 8-4 PM (flexible)
· Start: As soon as available
