Moisture Loc, Inc. is seeking motivated, reliable Door Hanger Distribution Representatives to distribute marketing materials in assigned neighborhoods. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, flexible scheduling, and performance-based pay.

Representatives are responsible for accurately completing assigned routes, following strict verification requirements, and professionally representing the company in residential areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute door hangers to assigned neighborhoods only
• Follow the exact assigned route (no skipping, no rerouting)
• Place one door hanger per door
• Skip homes marked “No Soliciting” when instructed
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Represent Moisture Loc, Inc. positively when in public
• Submit required photos and route reports after each completed route
• Comply with all local laws and neighborhood guidelines

• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of taking clear photos
• Ability to follow directions and routes precisely
• Strong integrity and honesty (fraud results in immediate removal)
• Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
• Professional behavior around homeowners

Contractors are paid based on verified performance:

• $0.50 per verified door hanger placed
• $25 bonus per scheduled appointment generated from your assigned code/area
• $50 bonus per sold job over $2,000 tied to your assigned code/area

Payments are issued weekly or bi-weekly following verification and approval.

This position is not employment. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, phone, and related expenses. No benefits are provided, work is accepted and paid only after verification. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
