As a Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive demand generation and partner engagement in the Western U.S. region by creating and executing high-impact marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with both direct sales teams and channel partners, including VARs, MSSPs, and technology alliances, to deliver campaigns, events, and enablement initiatives tailored to strategic buyer journeys. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on building brand visibility, generating pipeline, and enabling partner success. Remote work flexibility and collaboration with a highly skilled team add to the dynamic and engaging nature of this role.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional field and partner marketing programs, including webinars, ABM campaigns, local events, and industry conferences
  • Partner with sales and account teams to understand pipeline needs and territory plans, ensuring marketing efforts align with business goals
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales enablement to produce messaging and materials that resonate with CISOs, security architects, and IT leaders
  • Create co-branded partner assets and campaign kits, supporting onboarding, engagement, and activation
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Manage lead routing, partner attribution, and campaign tracking through CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and messaging across demand generation, digital marketing, and partner programs
  • Administer Market Development Funds (MDF) budgets, ensuring ROI-driven program implementation

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation in B2B cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT security
  • Proven experience marketing to cybersecurity buyers (CISO, SOC, IT security) and understanding their priorities and pain points
  • Demonstrated success building multi-channel regional and partner campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact
  • Familiarity with channel ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, technology partners) and joint go-to-market programs
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and campaign/event management tools
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and collaboration

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range $142,000–$165,000, with potential bonuses and equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution
  • Short- and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance
  • Flexible PTO policy and parental leave
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, innovative cybersecurity environment
