  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Proven experience designing secure, cloud-native architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or Scala in data analytics contexts.
  • Deep understanding of ACID transactions, data versioning, and point-in-time querying.
  • Practical experience with AI/ML model development, deployment, or integration.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security controls, and RBAC using Unity Catalog.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale federal or healthcare data platforms, ML/AI tools (MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub integration, BI tools, and relevant cloud/Databricks certifications.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $180,730 to $200,500, with consideration for experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.

  • Retirement plan with 401K match.
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities.
  • Remote working options and flexible schedules.
  • Employee assistance programs and wellness support.
