This role is focused on driving measurable growth across acquisition, activation, and retention by designing and implementing product experiments and GTM systems. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify growth levers, optimize conversion funnels, and build scalable solutions that accelerate revenue. The position requires a hands-on, data-driven approach, translating analytics into actionable experiments while creating instrumentation and dashboards for decision-making. You will play a key role in shaping a new growth engineering function, contributing to strategy, shipping experiments rapidly, and handing off successful initiatives for long-term impact. - Design, develop, and ship experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
- Build dashboards and instrumentation to enable data-driven decision-making
- Optimize conversion funnels and implement GTM systems to enhance commercial team impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to identify growth opportunities
- Translate data insights into actionable technical solutions and experiments
- Rapidly iterate on MVPs, validate hypotheses, and productionize successful experiments
- Support the handoff of successful experiments to partner teams for long-term ownership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated growth or product impact
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience shipping frontend experiments quickly
- Strong SQL and analytics skills for data-driven experimentation
- Ability to work across teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a “ship to learn” mentality
- Nice to have: experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, conversion rate optimization, SEO, agriculture, finance, or climate tech knowledge
