- Partner with business owners to define vision, priorities, and constraints, advocating for optimal solutions
- Optimize live workflows by monitoring metrics, gathering user feedback, and iterating on solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and design scalable solutions
- Write detailed user stories, capturing business rationale, requirements, and success criteria aligned with measurable outcomes
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk
- Influence both strategic and tactical initiatives to strengthen outreach programs, operational efficiency, and overall impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
- Proven ability to leverage data and research to inform solution design and business decisions
- Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Product development experience, preferably in healthcare technology or patient engagement solutions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare administrative or clinical data sets, and EHR or practice management systems
- Preferred: experience with AI-driven communication tools, call center workflows, clinical quality measurement, and SQL/PostgreSQL
