Accountabilities:
  • Partner with business owners to define vision, priorities, and constraints, advocating for optimal solutions
  • Optimize live workflows by monitoring metrics, gathering user feedback, and iterating on solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and design scalable solutions
  • Write detailed user stories, capturing business rationale, requirements, and success criteria aligned with measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk
  • Influence both strategic and tactical initiatives to strengthen outreach programs, operational efficiency, and overall impact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
  • Proven ability to leverage data and research to inform solution design and business decisions
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Product development experience, preferably in healthcare technology or patient engagement solutions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare administrative or clinical data sets, and EHR or practice management systems
  • Preferred: experience with AI-driven communication tools, call center workflows, clinical quality measurement, and SQL/PostgreSQL
