This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, where you will design and scale AI-powered automation across go-to-market functions. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, identifying high-impact opportunities to reduce operational friction and accelerate business performance through intelligent workflows. The position blends strategic advisory with hands-on technical building, giving you ownership from ideation to deployment. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact are central to success. Acting as a “builder” of AI systems, you will transform business processes into scalable, automated solutions using modern AI and workflow tools. In this role, you will define and execute the organization’s AI automation strategy while directly building and deploying solutions that improve operational efficiency across go-to-market teams. You will bridge strategic priorities with technical execution, ensuring automation initiatives deliver real and scalable business value.
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact AI and automation opportunities across go-to-market functions
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into scalable automation solutions
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems using tools such as n8n and other workflow platforms
- Build rapid prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external technology partners
- Analyze AI market trends and emerging tools to identify opportunities for innovation and adoption
- Develop scalable automation frameworks and best practices to ensure long-term sustainability
- Drive organizational change by embedding AI-enabled workflows into daily operations
- Ensure solutions are measurable, impactful, and aligned with business performance goals
You bring a strong blend of technical fluency, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial execution, with the ability to build and scale AI-driven systems in fast-moving environments. You are comfortable working across both strategy and hands-on development.
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Claude, or similar tools)
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate outputs, refine logic, and derive actionable insights from data
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and removing operational friction
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences
