Housekeeper at Ardent Property Management – Columbus, Ohio

Ardent Communities is a family-owned Columbus, OH based property management company. With over 20 properties around the Columbus and surrounding areas, we are well established and growing!

The housekeeper position is a previous role we have that we are expanding to additional opportunities. This person will takes pride in having a clean and presentable space for any new and current residents.

We’re looking for a self-motivated person who is detail-oriented to maintain cleanliness and sanitation expectations. The role requires a dependable person who takes ownership, has the drive and time management skills necessary to keep a multi-family property looking exceptional year round.

Responsibilities:

- Daily cleaning of the leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchen, model(s), hallways and/or any other common areas including vacuuming and dusting.

- Sparkling (light cleaning) a unit 24 hours prior to a new tenant moving into their new space
