We're searching for a Senior Program Manager - Technical Delivery to join our Technical Delivery team, so that we can drive the most critical, cross-functional technical initiatives to success and ensure a clear path from business strategy to technical execution. The Senior Program Manager will lead and orchestrate large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements that advance our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
How You'll Spend Your Time-
Diagnose evolving engineering priorities and recalibrate technical program timelines to ensure alignment with strategic delivery objectives

Orchestrate cross-functional technical initiatives and oversee execution to achieve programme milestones with consistently high quality standards

Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and deliver tailored communications to foster alignment and shared understanding across diverse audiences

Identify and analyse program-level risks using structured assessment techniques to safeguard delivery outcomes and protect against schedule or quality deviations

Conduct in-depth stakeholder workshops and translate strategic aims into detailed programme documentation to ensure clear, measurable delivery plans for all contributors

Design and implement scalable delivery frameworks to streamline workflows and optimise execution across multiple technical teams

Coordinate and mediate interactions between engineering, product, and business teams to drive consensus, remove blockers, and accelerate technical delivery

5–8 years of experience in Program or Project Management, including 1–3 years in a lead or senior role

Proven success in orchestrating complex technical programs, optimising resource allocation, and driving strategic delivery outcomes amid evolving requirements

In-depth knowledge on how to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks using advanced risk management strategies that safeguard delivery outcomes and stakeholder confidence

Advanced skills in engaging senior stakeholders, delivering tailored communications, and building consensus to drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Track record of designing, implementing, and continuously improving scalable delivery frameworks and processes that enhance operational efficiency

Good understanding of key healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 (desirable)

An Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; a Postgraduate/Master's degree and PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be beneficial

Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal

A knack for working collaboratively within complex, matrixed environments alongside engineering, product, and business teams
