What You’ll Do

* Help lead daily operations in the taproom (floor presence is everything)

* Assist in planning, executing, and running catering events (on-site & off-site)

* Support the Catering Manager with logistics, prep, and event execution

* Jump in where needed—expo, bar, service, setup, breakdown…you name it

* Ensure guests feel taken care of, not just served

* Help train and coach team members to raise the standard

* Keep things organized when it gets busy (because it will)

Compensation
