  • Advise business stakeholders on legal, operational, and risk considerations related to commercial transactions and partnerships
  • Support and structure strategic partnerships, marketing, advertising, and vendor engagements to enable business growth
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as sales, business development, and product to support deal execution and alignment

  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance that balances compliance requirements with strategic objectives
  • Identify risks and opportunities within commercial arrangements and propose actionable, solution-driven approaches
Requirements

You bring strong legal expertise in commercial and technology transactions, with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You are a pragmatic problem-solver who can translate legal complexity into clear business guidance.

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar in good standing
  • 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house counsel exposure
  • Strong experience negotiating and drafting commercial technology agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, and DPAs
  • Proven ability to provide solution-oriented legal advice aligned with business priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders in dynamic environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision and deliver high-quality outcomes independently
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Strong alignment with collaborative, mission-driven, and values-oriented work environments
Benefits
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and location-based ranges
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities shared across the organization
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Strong retirement benefits with immediate 100% vesting
  • Generous paid time off, including country holidays and a dedicated birthday day off
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy
