This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining trust and safety standards across a fast-evolving digital environment. You will monitor legal and regulatory developments, interpret complex frameworks, and translate them into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational compliance. Working closely with the Trust and Safety leadership team, you will help ensure that internal policies and moderation standards align with global regulations and industry best practices. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complex legal and compliance information for cross-functional teams. You will contribute directly to risk prevention, policy development, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic, international setting. This is an impactful role for someone who thrives at the intersection of law, compliance, and digital platform governance.

Accountabilities:
  • Monitor, research, and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting digital platforms, including frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act and Online Safety regulations
  • Track emerging regulatory developments and assess their potential risks and opportunities for the business
  • Produce clear reports and structured analyses of legislation, translating complex legal requirements into actionable business recommendations
  • Support the development and improvement of internal compliance processes, policies, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and trust & safety considerations are embedded in new initiatives and product updates
  • Audit and review internal content moderation rules to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with applicable standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trust and safety trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the digital content industry
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, legal research, or a similar role, preferably in digital platforms or online content environments
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in digital content, online safety, or platform governance
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear, practical guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and precision
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving compliance-related challenges
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple regulatory topics simultaneously
