Program Manager at Unified Business Technologies Inc – Defense Health Agency, Texas

This requirement provides support for the DMLSS Automated Information System (AIS), which is the primary system for medical logistics management in the DoD. This enables DHA-FE to perform the duties assigned by the Assistant Office of the Secretary of Defense. This contract will provide day-to-day support in the technical area of Program Management.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide technical services in support of Facilities Logistics Support Services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) within OCONUS sites. There are over 150 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and Medical Research Facilities within the DHA Continental U.S. Facilities Logistics Support Services include technical and integration management support, data analysis, and training.

Program Manager - Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of Program Management support experience.
• Experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings and presentations.
• Ability to lead or contribute to the development of the technical reports and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Power Point
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Operating Systems.
• Working Knowledge of Enterprise DMLSS/LogiCole FM methodologies
• Working Knowledge of Complex Management methodologies

The Government considers the additional qualifications below as preferred. An individual with these qualifications is considered highly qualified. An individual proposed without these additional qualifications is considered Acceptable, assuming the individual meets the minimum qualifications specified in the paragraph above.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of four (4) years in DoD.
• (or) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of eight (8) years of DoD experience. One (1) year must relate to principal duties and responsibilities.
• Three (3) years of experience in medical facility management or related field.
• Experience will be considered in place of degree.
