Finishing Technician at AvaDent Digital Dental Solutions – Scottsdale, Arizona

Purpose of Function:

Perform all tasks associated with the Final Finishing of the AvaDent Digital Denture product.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities:

Main Tasks:

1. Review case notes
2. Review color maps
3. Refine work orders as needed to meet AvaDent Standard
4. Check work orders into Final QC
5. Perform post Final QC refinements as needed
6. Rescan if changes are made and confirm resulting color maps
7. Flow Bond returning ATI's
8. Finish/Polish flow bonded cases
9. Finish as needed

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
2. Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility
3. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
4. Assist in manufacturing processes as directed
5. Assist in engineering processes as directed
6. Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business

Function Requirements: (education, experience, competences, etc)

The Finishing technician should be a Certified Dental Lab Technician (CDT) or have comparable training and experience. Computer skills are required.
