This role plays a key part in supporting the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring that responses to RFPs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You will coordinate across multiple teams to gather inputs, structure content, and maintain high-quality documentation standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to crafting professional, client-ready proposals that directly support business growth and win strategies. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help standardize and enhance reusable content for efficiency and consistency. This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys organization, writing, and process-driven work in a dynamic business setting.
- Coordinate and manage the full RFP response process, ensuring compliance with requirements and submission guidelines.
- Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of all inputs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate required information for proposals.
- Develop, structure, and format high-quality proposal documents using standardized templates.
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and professional presentation.
- Maintain and improve boilerplate content for reuse across proposals and sales documentation.
- Support the creation and formatting of sales presentations and supporting materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- High attention to detail, especially in proofreading, formatting, and document consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gather inputs efficiently.
- Experience in document formatting, including tables, graphics, and structured content in Word.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for creating and managing PDF documents.
- Nice to have: exposure to cloud technologies, AI-based productivity tools, or enterprise systems such as Oracle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
