You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, deepening client relationships, and maximizing value across multiple business units. Accountabilities:
  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of existing clients by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Expand relationships within client organizations by engaging new stakeholders, departments, and regions
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level partnerships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Analyze client needs, market trends, and performance data to uncover strategic growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure retention while accelerating account expansion
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and external stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Lead strategic initiatives, pilot programs, and go-to-market efforts to increase client value and revenue
  • Structure and prioritize account plans to focus on the highest-impact opportunities and deliver consistent results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client growth roles within SaaS, technology, or digital marketing environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large or complex client accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives effectively
  • Experience working with major brands, ideally within sectors such as retail, travel, or fashion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and comfort working in cross-functional, international teams
