This role is centered on delivering high-quality corporate events and experiential programs in a fast-paced, global agency environment. You will lead and support small to mid-scale in-person and digital events, ensuring seamless execution across logistics, vendors, and client expectations. Working closely with senior event managers, you will contribute to conferences, trade shows, galas, and incentive programs for world-leading brands. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every event component is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. - Lead and coordinate assigned components of corporate events, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal expectations
- Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, staffing, food and beverage, signage, and sponsorship elements
- Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, galas, incentive programs, and digital experiences
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track and manage event budgets in coordination with financial stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain key event documentation including timelines, schedules, contact sheets, and wrap-up reports
- Troubleshoot issues and provide proactive solutions throughout the event lifecycle
- Support team collaboration, delegation, and mentorship of junior coordinators when needed
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably within the events industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred
- Proven experience managing components of live or virtual events such as conferences, corporate events, or experiential campaigns
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage budgets and understand basic financial principles related to event execution
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
- Competitive salary range of $51,000–$57,000 depending on experience and qualifications
