This role sits at the center of enterprise business systems optimization, where you will support and enhance critical applications that drive financial, HR, supply chain, and workforce operations. You will act as a key functional expert, translating complex business needs into scalable system configurations and improvements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure enterprise platforms are configured, maintained, and continuously optimized to support organizational efficiency. The position involves leading medium-scale projects, troubleshooting complex system issues, and contributing to the design and deployment of integrated solutions. You will also play a mentoring role for junior analysts while ensuring best practices in documentation, testing, and governance. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional design solutions
- Configure and optimize enterprise applications across financial management, ERP, HR, and timekeeping systems
- Lead or support medium-scale projects through full lifecycle delivery including planning, testing, deployment, and risk management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring stability, security, and performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and system configuration guides
- Design, build, and support reports, integrations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Participate in testing activities including system updates, patches, and deployment validation
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Business or Applications Analyst
- Strong experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, financial management, or workforce/timekeeping platforms
- Advanced knowledge of configuration, reporting, system security, and integrations
- Experience with tools such as Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or similar platforms (preferred 5+ years exposure a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and system development lifecycles
