This role is an opportunity to contribute to the quality and reliability of complex software solutions within a highly innovative and collaborative technology environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that digital products meet functional, performance, and security expectations before release, playing a critical role in delivering stable and high-quality systems. Working closely with development and product teams, you will participate in the full testing lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and reporting. The position involves both manual and automated testing approaches, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and risk identification. You will also help shape testing strategies and ensure best practices are applied across projects. This is a key role for a senior QA professional who enjoys technical challenges and wants to directly impact product excellence in a remote-first setup.

You will be responsible for ensuring software quality through structured testing processes, supporting teams throughout the development lifecycle and helping deliver reliable, high-performing products. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results and evidence
• Identifying defects, risks, and inconsistencies in software functionality and performance
• Performing functional, performance, security, and regression testing (manual and automated)
• Collaborating closely with development and product teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Maintaining detailed test documentation aligned with organizational testing processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices and testing strategies

This position requires solid experience in software testing and quality assurance, ideally in agile development environments, with strong technical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related IT fields
• Solid experience in software testing (functional, performance, automation, and security testing)
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or JMeter
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and test support
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Ability to plan, design, and execute structured test strategies
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CBTS, CAT, or equivalent are considered a strong plus
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
