The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily kitchen operations through food preparation, station execution, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do
· Prepare and cook menu items according to club standards
· Assist with daily prep and station setup
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
· Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
· Assist with employee meals and banquet preparation as needed
· Support smooth kitchen operations during service
· Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
· Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· ServSafe certification a plus
