Position Summary
The Marketing Product Owner is an individual contributor responsible for owning and optimizing marketing investment strategy for the Leaf Home business. This role partners cross-functionally with channel owners, Sales, and Installation to ensure an effective marketing mix across channels and markets, maximizing lead quality, conversion, and return on investment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize marketing spend allocation across channels (digital, offline, field, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead performance for assigned Leaf Home vertical(s).
- Partner with channel owners to evaluate performance, reallocate budget, and refine channel mix based on data-driven insights.
Align marketing investments with Sales and Installation capacity, ensuring market-level spend supports demand, conversion, and operational efficiency
- Develop and manage market-level investment strategies to ensure optimal geographic mix and coverage.
- Analyze performance data (lead flow, conversion, customer acquisition cost, revenue yield) to identify trends and drive continuous optimization through test-and-learn initiatives
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to assigned Leaf Home vertical(s) providing insights, recommendations, and performance visibility to drive strategic decisions
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, business strategy, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a Combination of education, training, and experience.
Travel Requirements:
- 1-10% Travel
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional and non-standard hours may be required (exempt).
