Job Description
HEOR Product Lead (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior HEOR Product Lead - REMOTE. In this leadership role, you will have a significant impact on the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) department, guiding strategies that enhance product access and patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and commercial teams to ensure the execution of a cohesive value-based evidence strategy. This position is crucial for fostering cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholder alignments while driving high-quality medical communications. Expect to contribute to meaningful healthcare advancements while leading a talented team in a fully remote environment.
Accountabilities- Design and implement the US medical communications strategy supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
- Define and execute publication strategies, including manuscripts, abstracts, and scientific congress presentations.
- Co-create the scientific communications platform and core narratives for impactful messaging.
- Oversee development of scientifically accurate content across various channels and education programs.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of medical messaging across all communication materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical Development.
- Serve as the medical affairs contact for content development.
- Partner with agencies and experts to enhance relevance and impact of communications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of medical writers and communication specialists.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline; PhD, PharmD, MD preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least five years in medical or scientific communications and publication planning.
- Strong understanding of medical affairs and regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading through a matrixed organization.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Competitive salary range of $185,500 to $344,500 per year.
