This role sits at the intersection of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and strategic storytelling, with a mission to shape how a leading education organization is perceived by top talent globally. You will own the candidate-facing brand narrative, translating complex product innovation and mission-driven work into compelling content that attracts high-quality, passive candidates. Acting as both strategist and marketer, you will design full-funnel talent attraction campaigns spanning digital, social, campus, and career site experiences. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical rigor, ensuring brand storytelling is both emotionally resonant and performance-driven. You will partner closely with senior leadership to position internal experts as industry voices and elevate the organization’s presence in competitive talent markets. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable, data-informed talent marketing systems that shape long-term hiring success.
- Own and evolve the global Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling across all candidate touchpoints and talent segments.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social media, campus, and paid talent platforms to attract passive and early-career talent.
- Lead the transformation of career site experiences from static listings into dynamic, personalized, and conversion-focused candidate journeys.
- Develop high-impact content strategies and creative assets tailored to key talent personas, including engineering, product, and early-career populations.
- Partner with executive leaders to build their digital presence and position them as thought leaders in education and technology.
- Manage full-funnel performance measurement, analyzing campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and candidate engagement to optimize talent acquisition outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Legal, and Creative teams to ensure alignment between employer brand promise and candidate experience execution.
This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise, storytelling ability, and analytical thinking, along with the capacity to influence stakeholders across a complex organization. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who can translate brand vision into measurable talent outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in talent branding, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields (or equivalent combinations of education and experience).
- Proven experience developing and managing global Employer Value Propositions and end-to-end talent marketing strategies.
- Strong background in multi-channel campaign development, including paid media, social platforms, and campus recruitment marketing.
- Analytical skills with the ability to measure funnel performance, interpret campaign data, and present insights to leadership.
- Experience working with careers site platforms and recruitment marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or programmatic job advertising platforms.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for diverse talent audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Digital-first mindset with understanding of social and community-driven engagement strategies.
- Annual salary range: $90,000 – $110,000.
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
- Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Paid time off, parental leave, and paid holidays.
- Basic life insurance and disability coverage.
- Access to professional development programs and career growth opportunities.
- Flexible work culture with hybrid and remote options depending on role requirements.
