We are seeking a friendly and professional Lobby Attendant to create a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive, courteous, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures

- Provide information about the facility, services, and local area as needed

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area

- Manage guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel

- Handle phone calls, reservations, and appointment scheduling efficiently

- Monitor security and safety protocols within the lobby area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent required
